Essential Oils

And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed, to you it shall be for food.”  Genesis 1: 29

Ronnie and Sharon are Essential Oils “Wellness Advocates.”

What are “Essential Oils?”

Essential Oils are the aromatic compounds of plants extracted from seeds, flowers, bark, leaves, and/or roots. They are carefully steam distilled or cold-pressed to keep the plants powerful healing compounds alive. Essentials are 50 – 70 times more powerful than herbs.

How are some oils different from other oils?

There are many grades of essential oils on the market. Due to lack of regulation, you don’t always know what you are getting. To ensure and guarantee oils are 100% natural and free of pesticides, chemicals, fillers and cutting agents, tests are conducted for every single bottle of every batch of oil in an independent laboratory with Gas Chromatograph and Mass spectrometry testing procedures.  Only one company fully engages these and other tests, the difference from other oils is immediately apparent.

Ways to use essential oils;

Topically—Apply 1-2 drops to area of concern and gently rub in. Or, apply 1-2 drops to bottoms of feet—the pores of the feet are bigger than any other pores, so absorption is very fast.

Aromatically—Use 4 drops in a diffuser (or make your own diffuser.) Or, put a drop of oil in your hands, rub together, cup over your nose and inhale. (It may be helpful to close your eyes when you do this!)

Internally—Put 1-2 drops in water and drink, mix with honey or milk (almond or coconut is better,) or put a few drops in an empty veggie capsule and take like a pill.

Safety rules—Do not apply, or get, essential oils inside your ear canals, eyes, or nose. These are the most sensitive areas of your body, and essential oils contain very condensed healing components.

If your skin feels sensitive to an essential oil when used topically, dilute with oil (fractionated coconut, olive, or grapeseed) NOT water. Water will drive an oil in faster. This is great if that is your intention!  If you aren’t getting desired results, increase frequency of use! Call us if you have questions.

1. To control the top of the “Mountain of Business” in health and healing, both emotional and physical

There are several areas of society that are foundational. They are “Mountains” or pillars of a society and include concepts such as Business/Economics, Education, Faith/Religion, Family, Media, Politics, and Sports.

Whoever controls the top of the mountain, controls the whole mountain. Everything belongs to God and we are joint-heirs, with Christ, to everything He owns.

2. To gain Financial Freedom

To become debt-free. The Bible says to owe nothing to anyone, but love.

…I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go.” Isaiah 48: 17

3. To help further build the Kingdom of God/Heaven

By re-introducing the principles and values that Jesus was sent to proclaim; preaching the gospel to the poor; healing; proclaiming liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind; setting at liberty those who are oppressed; and proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord. This is the power of God to salvation to everyone who believes.

…The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed…the least of all the seeds…when grown it is the greater…and becomes a tree…so the birds…come and nest in its branches.” Matthew 13: 31, 32

4. To Sow Seed (greater/broader)

Sowing seed and reaping the harvest is a basic principle of the Kingdom of God. Jesus declared that He is the vine and we are the branches who must abide in him and bear fruit. We sow seeds to bear fruit to be harvested as children of the Kingdom of God. If we abide in Him, and His words abide in us, whatever we ask shall be done for us.

…He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man…The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels.” Matthew 13: 37-40

5. To build Ministry Outreach

Increasing outreach to individuals seeking God’s truth.

Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16: 15

“…that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil.” II Timothy 2: 26

6. To reduce impact of world economic system in our lives/community

When we return to God’s provision, we break the “choke-hold” of Satan’s paycheck-to-paycheck system of never living in the prosperity God intended.

…man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.” Deuteronomy 8: 3 and Luke 4: 4

7. To re-introduce “Garden of Eden” wherever we go

We are to bring man back to dependence on God alone for our provision. Our personal testimony of His provision when we had none is very powerful. The Garden of Eden was a place where there was never any want. God provided everything needed and if it was not there or was forbidden, it was not needed.

…we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” Romans 8: 37

Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given you…” Joshua 1: 3

…Occupy till I come.” Luke 19: 13

…heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, the kingdom of God is come…Behold, I give unto you power to tread over serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” Luke 10: 9, 19

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1: 2

Our mission is to “Teach God’s Gospel of Grace and Reconciliation.” That mission includes teaching what the word of God has to say about anointing and the use of oils. Here are a few biblical references to the Word of God…

And thou shall anoint Aaron and his sons…” Genesis 30: 30

And he poured some of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head and anointed him…”

Leviticus 8: 12

…invite Jesse to the sacrifice, and I will show you what you shall do; you shall anoint for Me the one I name to you…Now he was ruddy, with beautiful eyes, and good-looking. And the LORD said, ‘Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!’ ” 1 Samuel 16: 3, 12

…You anoint my head with oil; My cup runneth over.” Psalm 23: 5

…how good and pleasant…For brethren to dwell…in unity…like precious oil upon the head,…running down….The beard of Aaron.” Psalm133: 1, 2

…they saw the young child with Mary His mother…they presented to Him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.” Matthew 2: 11

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.” James 5: 14

But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all know all things…” 1 John 2: 28
